My date will be current next month. But I got fingerprinting notice, and the appointment is on Sep 17th . Does that means will I have to wait until my FP is done to get the approval?. Please suggest me is there any way I can get my FP done prior to the scheduled date. This is my 2nd FP notice. First one was in Feb 2008.

I said "high standards" not "high moral standards" in my first sentence. I can point you to some of your posts when you use 'foul' language even when not attacked.
In that case I have to ask you this - what makes you think I am "imposing" (whatever THAT means) high standards on myself? Were you trying to shoot down my arguments by false accusations? I am maintaining the same "standard" as the next guy.
Allow me to quote your earlier post "I came to this country with the intention of studying and then working,"....sounded like you had the intention of studying and then working before you headed out here. freudian slip ??? :)

Could someone please, help me with the following situation; HERE IS MY EXPLANATION:
....My permanent employment is in Massachusetts...so from what I read ( from I-140 si I-485 instructions) my permanent employment which is Massachusetts...does not correspond to the Nebraska Service Center...it corresponds to the Texas Service Center. I've noticed this only after my lawyer sent my package to NEBRASKA.
Please tell me if I'm accurate about this matter?
Will USCIS REJECT MY PACKAGE OF i-140 AND i-485 because of improperly filed?
Please help me!

Not sure I understand your scenario.
Why would the dependent not file AOS at all ? Are you refering to CP ?
My good faith best understanding is FB2 is not far behind. please refer VB.
There may be a chance that Eb2 india will touch 2008 in a year. and F2b will be at 2006. How dependet can file 485 as if they counted against F2A their date is not current.

According to USCIS previous requirement, a person is required to work for the sponsoring employer for at least one year after obtaining the Green Card. There may be a problem when you want to apply for U.S. citizenship later, if you leave the sponsoring employer in a short period of time after obtaining the Green Card.
The AC-21 rule does not clear the issue of a person who leaves its employer after the I-485 approval, but it is better to take a conservative way to reduce the potential risk later.

Assume that we convert to EB2 from next week..how long would it take to get to the I-485 stage.??..given an ideal scenario of no audits..PERM 3-6 months and I-1140 can we expidite??. in 15 days..

My employer is also behaving exactly similar way... Spend the money from your own Pocket ( 350 med + 385 ) around $750 and ask them to just
give the Future Employment Verification Letter for 485.
I'm finishing up all forms and other activities Like Medical , Birth Certificate etc..
After that pounce on your employer for Letter + the fees for 485 + fees for your own attorney fees ... If they disagrees come to a deal with just for the Letter... You are all set then !!
If they still dont agree i'll tell them that you are resigning and immigrating to Canada (Tell them that your Canadian PR is almost approved and you have a distant relative there)

As now the dates are current, my employer is trying to exploit me.
He is not responding to my mails, and not picking my phone.

I am very much in tension and he is talking to me.

I have to say, no matter how reluctant I am, that I am pretty depressed about the whole green card thing. I have always tried to have a positive attitude and I definitely know that there are a lot of things much more important than green cards. However, I do feel the emotional toll of green card retrogression. Maybe admitting, instead of denying, of the frustration, depression, and even anger is better and may help face it up.

No, we have not tried calling yet. Both are on H1, so just have EAD for just peace of mind. Do let us know what you hear from the customer service.

With H1-B people had some idea that apps might get rejected..in this case it was a total miscommunication....now some people might say miscommunication is not illegal which I strongly disagree...
When DOS doesnt have a Immigrant Visa available , its just not available.
DOS made it effective 2nd ,
"Effective Monday July 2, 2007 there will be no further authorizations in response to requests for Employment-based preference cases. All numbers available to these categories under the FY-2007 annual numerical limitation have been made available. "
USCIS by law cant accept any applications effective 2nd.
People whoes H1B applications were accepted on first day and then were rejected , Can they have done something?

We need the legislature intervention to make the limit higher.
